SnowSpeeder Instructions

IMPORTANT:-You will need to draw your own flaps for glueing. This is a test build and has no flaps. You will also see that there are many redundant lines, some should not be scored. Refer to these images to determine which lines need to be scored.
Cut out and score parts B1-B5, these form the main body of the snowspeeder.

Glue part B3 to B1.

Glue part B2 to B3 and then B2 to B1.

Part B4 is sloted into the back of the body and then glued.

Cut and glue the cockpit ( part B5 ).
Glue the cockpit onto the body as shown.

Parts E1 and E2 form the engine, these should be folded and glued first.
There are 2 sets, one left one right. E1 should follow the line running down the rear of each side of the body.
E2 should be placed in the center of the first 2 windows of the cockpit side. SEE the rest of the images for a clearer view of where to place it.

Parts G1, G3 and G4 form the front cannon.
G1 goes at the front and G3 goes at the rear.

Roll up part G4, a line shows where to glue to give the correct diameter.
Glue one end of G1 to the front of G4 and roll around. There are lines on G4 to mark where G1 fits.
Do the same with part G3.

Glue the cannon to E2.
Roll part E3 into a tube and use the tabs given to glue.
Glue one end of E4 to E3 and wrap around. This forms the exhaust.

Cut, fold and glue part G2. You may want to replace this part with a better version.

Glue G2 inbetween parts E1 and E2 as shown.

Do the same with both sides.

Cut out R1 and parts A, B and C.
Fold both of the ends of Parts A, B and C into the middle and then fold in half. Glue all 3 edges on each of the parts.

Glue parts A, B and C to the slats in part R1.
All 11 part C's glue to the middle slats. Parts B are glued in the next slats, one each end. Parts A glue in the end slats.
IMPORTANT:- Parts A, B and C Glue at the fold and have the longer of the 2 edges at the bottom and the shorter edges at the top.

Glue R1 to the rear of the body as shown.

Cut out parts F1, F2 and H.
The flap is made by Folding part F1 in half and gluing, The actuator is made by tightly rolling part F2, starting with the wider part.

Glue the flpas F1 to the body as shown using the hinges (part H).

Cut the ends of the actuator (part F2) at an angle so that they can be glued to the flpa and the body.
This should be 'Fitted' to the model.
